Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking an Occupational Therapist (Neuro) for a PRN role in La Mesa, CA. You will provide patient-centered therapy in patients' homes and communities, addressing impairments and functional goals with an evidence-based approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure required.
• Neurologically related disorders experience preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills required.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat impairments including upper extremity function and ADLs/IADLs.
• Assess visual and perceptual skills and cognitive needs.
• Determine adaptive equipment and assistive technology needs.
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans.
