Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Encinitas, CA is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to provide patient-centered neurological rehabilitation in patients' homes and communities, with PRN positions available. Our interdisciplinary teams develop integrated treatment plans and emphasize functional goals.

The role focuses on evaluating and treating impairments, ADLs/IADLs, cognitive needs, and perceptual skills, using evidence-based approaches.

Qualifications

• Completion of Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure is required; professional certification/Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is preferred
• Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders is strongly preferred
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills are required
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including upper extremity function, ADLs and IADLs
• Address visual and perceptual skills, cognitive needs, adaptive equipment needs, and assistive technology needs
• Provide patient-centered therapy in home and community settings
