Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking an Occupational Therapist (PRN) for home and community-based care in the San Diego area. The role focuses on patient-centered OT services delivered in patients' homes and communities, with a flexible, PRN schedule to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure are required; professional certification/Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in neurologically related disorders strongly preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills are required.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including upper extremity function, ADLs/IADLs, visual and perceptual skills, cognitive needs, adaptive equipment needs, assistive technology needs.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to develop patient-centered treatment plans.
