Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to provide patient-centered care in Riverside, CA and surrounding areas, with part-time opportunities. Therapists work in patients' homes and communities, addressing upper extremity function, ADLs/IADLs, cognitive needs, and adaptive equipment in an evidence-based approach.

Our interdisciplinary teams develop integrated plans, with a focus on durable outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure required.
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy preferred.
Experience in treatment of neurologically related disorders strongly preferred.
Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills required.
Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat impairments including upper extremity function, ADLs and IADLs, visual and perceptual skills, cognitive needs, adaptive equipment needs, assistive technology needs.
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams on treatment plans.
Address cognitive needs and adaptive equipment requirements.
Assess and integrate assistive technology into home-based therapy.
