Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists for PRN, in-home positions in Riverside, CA and surrounding areas. Therapists will deliver patient-centered care in patients' homes and communities, building integrated treatment plans with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy with state licensure; master's preferred and experience with neurologic disorders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure are required.
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills are required.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including upper extremity function, ADLs and IADLs, visual and perceptual skills, cognitive needs, adaptive equipment needs, assistive technology needs.
