Job summary

Learning Services, A Collage Rehabilitation Partner in Riverton, UT is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support adults with brain injuries in a home-like setting. Part-time shifts are available (1st, 2nd or 3rd), with a requirement to work a consistent weekend day.

You will assist with daily living activities, health and wellness, and transportation, while documenting care in line with CARF/state standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Driving: Valid driver’s license; travel up to 20% of time.

Responsibilities

• Promote independence and assist with ADLs.
• Assist with medications and nutrition planning.
• Support behavioral and emotional needs of clients.
• Transport clients to medical appointments and activities.
• Complete shift documentation per CARF/state standards.
