Learning Services, a Collage Rehabilitation Partner, is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for adult neurorehabilitation in Riverton, UT. The role is full-time with morning or late shift options and requires weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; may travel up to 20% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Promote independence by assisting with daily living activities and rehabilitation goals.
• Support health and wellness, including medication administration, nutrition, and meal preparation.
• Provide proactive behavioral support and implement behavior plans while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Observe and advocate for changes in clients' condition and notify the treatment team as needed.
• Safely transport clients to medical appointments, outings, and activities.
