Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation seeks a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor to perform evaluations, design treatment plans, and guide neurorehabilitation in home and community settings across multiple assignments. The role emphasizes empirical interventions and close coordination with the care team.

Applicants should hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling with current licensure, and have experience with brain injuries or neurological conditions.

Competenze

• Master's or doctoral degree in counseling or counseling-related field.
• Current professional license and/or certification as required by the state of practice.
• Minimum of one year post-master's degree clinical experience with traumatic or acquired brain injuries or related neurological conditions.
• Knowledge of complex neurologic injury rehabilitation techniques.

• Performs comprehensive evaluations with measurable objectives and goals in collaboration with the rehabilitation team.
• Provides empirically based psychological interventions to maximize participation.
• Designs community reintegration activities for psychological/cognitive needs during physical activity.
• Assists patients in understanding needs and limitations and how to manage them during function.
• Regularly reassesses treatment effectiveness and adjusts goals or treatment as needed.
• Communicates patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, patient, and family.
