Job summary

Corewell Health in Troy seeks a Night shift Registered Nurse for the Neuro 4S Progressive Care Unit. You will conduct patient assessments, develop plans of care, and collaborate with physical and occupational therapy to support recovery.

The role requires MI RN licensure, BLS on hire, ACLS within 6 months, and preferred inpatient experience. A comprehensive benefits package and flexible scheduling accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Associates in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's in Nursing required within 5 years.
• Graduates from non-accredited schools must have 1 year acute care or 2 years licensed HC role and pass NCLEX.
• MI Registered Nurse (RN) required.
• BLS from AHA/ARC/Canadian Heart and Stroke required upon hire.
• ACLS required within 6 months.
• Specialty certification highly recommended within 2 years.
• Direct inpatient care preferred.
• 1 year RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge patient care per ANA framework.
• Collaborate with PT/OT and healthcare team for recovery and education.
• Educate patient and family per protocol and document in health record.
