Qualifications

• PT degree from CAPTE-accredited program or foreign equivalent.
• Active Oregon PT license at hire.
• BLS certification required.
• Neuro PT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and establish treatment plans and goals.
• Provide treatment according to plan of care and adjust as needed.
• Complete documentation accurately, timely per regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Mentor and supervise students or assistants as appropriate.
• Contribute to development of new services and quality improvements.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
