Job summary

The Baylor Scott & White Health Neuro PCU team in Temple, TX seeks an experienced RN to join a 38-bed telemetry unit. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and compassionate patient care in a hospital known for its stroke center and complex neurological cases.

We offer full-time night shifts, a strong governance model, and abundant continuing education opportunities. A BSN is preferred, and relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• RN licensed to practice in Texas.
• BSN preferred for advancement but not required.
• 12–18 months of RN experience in acute care or hospital setting preferred.
• BLS certification required (or obtain within 30 days).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care on a Neuro PCU telemetry unit in a team nursing model.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, compassionate care.
• Engage in quality improvement and evidence-based practice to optimize patient outcomes.
