Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple, Texas, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Neuro PCU telemetry unit. You will work night shifts in a 38-bed unit, delivering patient-centered care to a diverse neuro population.

Candidates should be a Graduate of RN School of Nursing with ADN required and BSN preferred, Texas RN license, and 12–18 months of acute care or hospital experience. BLS is required; teamwork and composure under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of RN School of Nursing.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Licensed to practice by the Texas Board.
• 12-18 months RN experience in Acute Care or hospital setting preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Functions competently under pressure and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in a 38-bed Neuro PCU telemetry unit.
• Work within a team nursing model to ensure safe, quality patient care.
• Care for patients with seizures, stroke, neurosurgical conditions.
