UC San Diego Health invites applications for a New Grad Registered Nurse in the Jacobs Medical Center 5H-PCU. This residency program supports transition to practice with enhanced clinical learning and hands-on skill training in a Neuro PCU setting.

The role requires California RN licensure by start date, BLS/CPR and ACLS, and less than six months of RN experience. Nights, 12-hour shifts, and weekend coverage may be required as part of training.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• California RN license by start date; interim permits may be considered.
• BLS/CPR and ACLS certifications at time of hire with commitment to get ART within six months.
• Less than six months of working RN experience.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and implement nursing interventions for a wide range of patient populations.
• Direct and serve as a resource to the nursing team and promote policy compliance.
• Support the Nurse Residency program with hands-on training and competency development.
