Qualifications

• CNA certification or enrollment in nursing education is required.
• CPR recognition by the American Heart Association (BLS for Healthcare Providers)
• Minimum of 90% on annual Health and Safety Training quizzes

Responsibilities

• Assist the RN with direct patient care activities.
• Take and record vital signs and basic measurements.
• Prepare patients for meals and assist with activities of daily living.
• Respond to call lights and emergencies promptly.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and ensure room readiness.

Education

CNA Certification or currently enrolled in School of Nursing

High school diploma; 1 year of college or nursing education or equivalent experience preferred
