Job summary

HonorHealth seeks a Physical Therapist in Phoenix to evaluate, administer, and oversee evidence-based therapy for individuals with physical disabilities. You will develop treatment plans with patients and families to restore function and improve daily living activities.

You will collaborate with physicians and staff, supervise assistants, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards while delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited university.
• AZ State Board license in good standing; BLS preferred.
• APTA membership or eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans using evidence-based PT techniques.
• Maintains and updates patient evaluation and progress notes.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team on discharge planning.
• Supervises PT assistants and supports department operations.
