Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Physical Therapy from an accredited university approved by the APTA, prior to starting employment.
• Required Master's in or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited university approved by the APTA, prior to starting employment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and AZ State Board license in good standing, with APTA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements an individualized treatment plan using evidence-based therapy techniques.
• Provides verbal and written instructions to patients, caregivers, and family members.
• Maintains current knowledge of physical therapy techniques and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team on discharge planning and patient status.
