Responsibilities

• Prepares surgical operating suite with drapes, solutions, instruments, equipment, and supplies.
• Assists with preparing, transporting, positioning, and draping patients.
• Maintains sterile field and passes instruments to surgeon during procedures.
• Accounts for instruments and supplies during surgery.
• Receives specimens for testing and assists with wound dressings and drainage security.
