Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess and document health status of patients using age-appropriate considerations.
• Develop and implement plans of care with critical thinking.
• Document interventions and coordinate with health care team.
• Evaluate interventions and adjust care as needed.
• Deliver patient education and communicate effectively with patient/families.
• Supervise and coordinate care assignments of team members.
• Prepare for procedures by obtaining supplies and equipment.
• Serve as resource person and mentor to nursing staff.
• Escalate issues to leadership when needed.
• Perform core nursing functions in direct patient care and documentation.
