Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Texas (or BNE Compact State) nursing license and BLS certification.
• Graduate of an approved/accredited nursing program.
• 1 year nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document physiological, psychological, sociocultural, and spiritual health status of patients across age groups.
• Develop plans of care and coordinate with the health care team.
• Provide patient education and coordinate referrals across the oncology continuum.
