The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center seeks a Clinical Faculty member with deep expertise in neurophysiology, epilepsy management, and EEG/IOM. The role involves inpatient/outpatient care for cancer patients with neurological complications, teaching fellows and residents, and contributing to clinical research in neuro-oncology.

Fellowship in clinical neurophysiology with IOM and EEG expertise is required; Texas licensure and ABPN/ABCN board certification are expected.

Qualifications

• Fellowship training in clinical neurophysiology with IOM and EEG/Epilepsy expertise is required.
• Board certification in ABPN or ABCN and Texas medical licensure are required or will be achieved.
• Experience in teaching and clinical research is encouraged.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical neurophysiology services including EEG, EMG/NCS, and IOM for cancer patients with neurological complications.
• Develop and maintain a neurophysiology/cancer neurology practice and staff outpatient/inpatient services.
• Participate in teaching neuro-oncology fellows, neurology residents and medical students.
• Engage in clinical research related to neurological complications of cancer.
• Assist with ICD-10 and CPT coding review and patient documentation.
