Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver neuro home and community services, focusing on ADLs, cognition, safety, and participation in life within patients’ homes and communities.

You will work in real-life environments with autonomy, flexible scheduling, and meaningful outcomes, receiving compensation for documentation time and mileage, while maintaining local coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted OT license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least one year of OT experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and attend staffing meetings.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to enhance patient outcomes.
