Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Director for Emergency Services to oversee 24/7 operations, lead a diverse team, and ensure high-quality patient care. The role focuses on clinical delivery, staff leadership, fiscal stewardship, and creating a positive work environment aligned with MLH values.

The ideal candidate will hold a Nursing degree with RN licensure (TN required) and demonstrate 3–5 years of emergency nursing leadership experience, with preferred admin degrees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Healthcare Administration.
• Preferred: Master’s in Nursing.
• Required RN licensure (Tennessee) and BLS certification.
• Preferred RN licenses in Mississippi or Arkansas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 24/7 Emergency Services and related departments.
• Lead and develop associates; ensure staff engagement.
• Develop budgets, monitor fiscal performance, and allocate resources.
• Ensure compliance with EMTALA and accreditation standards.
