Job summary

Allegheny Health Network's 3 North West unit, a 47-bed Advanced Medical and Neurological unit, seeks a Registered Nurse to assess and plan care for telemetry and med-surg patients, with dual Joint Commission stroke and joint replacement certifications.

You will lead the nursing team, delegate duties, and ensure safety and quality through clinical practice, evidence-based care, and collaboration with physicians and staff.

Qualifications

• PA RN licensure required; eNLC multi-state licensure preferred.
• CPR certification required; background and clearance checks (Act 34/33/73/FBI) required.
• Preferred certification in area of specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care, assess patient needs, and develop care plans.
• Lead and mentor staff, delegate tasks, and ensure patient safety.
