Qualifications

• ADN required and current OK RN license.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire or transfer.
• Experience in Med Surg nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document care per standards.
• Provide age-appropriate care across the unit.
• Assess data reflecting patient status and determine requirements.
• Develop and modify care plans in line with policy.
• Adhere to Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.
