Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of a state approved Registered Nurse program.
• Valid State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse license.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document care per standards.
• Provide care appropriate to the age of patients on the unit.
• Develop, modify and implement the plan of care in line with care policies.
• Adhere to Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act rules and regulations.
