Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document care per HHS standards to deliver quality patient care.
• Provide care appropriate to the age of patients on the assigned unit.
• Assess data reflective of patient status and interpret information to identify patient needs.
• Develop, modify and implement the plan of care following Patient Care policies and procedures.
• Adhere to Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act regulations.
