Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• CMSRN certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs; establish plan of care; supervise progress and modify as needed.
• Maintain education and competencies to provide high quality patient care.
• Coordinate, collaborate, and delegate to ensure safe, effective care.
