Allina Health is seeking an experienced RN for a 0.8 FTE role in Minneapolis, with 8-hour day/evening shifts and varying start times. The position involves endoscopy, perianesthesia, ICU, or ED experience, with on‑call rotation for evenings, weekends and holidays based on department needs.

Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, care planning, and collaboration with families and teams to achieve outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of endoscopy experience required.
• 1+ year current Perianesthesia or ICU experience.
• 1+ year ED or procedural area experience.
• A nursing license as RN in MN (or WI if applicable) upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient and family needs and plan care.
• Coordinate and delegate to ensure safe, effective care.
• Maintain competencies and apply evidence-based nursing practice.
• Aim for measurable patient outcomes and continuity of care.
