Qualifikationen

• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Less than 1 year of applicable experience.
• Current RN license in the state of practice or active compact license.
• Basic Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

• Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Participates in ongoing assessment of the unit's care quality in collaboration with management.
• Collaborates with managers to promote teamwork and improve outcomes and service.
• Supports a patient-first philosophy and engages in service recovery when needed.
• Operationalizes nursing strategies to improve engagement, including hourly rounds and staff rounding.
• Provides recommendations on interviewing, selection, and training of new staff; supports performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Manages staff scheduling and labor to meet patient care needs and productivity guidelines.
• Assists with inventory control and supplies/equipment management.
