Job summary

HCA Healthcare Trident Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to lead and coordinate patient-centered care in partnership with the management team. You will monitor nursing care, serve as a key resource for staff, and support an exceptional patient experience across the unit.

The CNC will partner with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care, assist with admission/discharge, and work with leadership to drive better outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• ACLS within 30 days of start date.
• BLS within 30 days of start date.
• Bachelor's Degree must be obtained within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care with the multidisciplinary team.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Support improved outcomes and service with leadership and subject matter experts.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.
