Job summary

Qualifications
- BSN preferred for nursing leadership
- 2 years inpatient unit experience required
- 2 years of combined work and leadership experience may count
- 3 years in acute care inpatient unit preferred
- RN license in WI or compact required
- CPR/BLS certification required
- National certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Motivate and lead nursing staff while collaborating with the interprofessional team
- Mentor colleagues to grow skills and knowledge
- Facilitate daily interprofessional rounds
- Care for neuro medical/surgical adult patients including post-surgical spine, brain tumor and stroke cases
- Support the interdisciplinary stroke program and epilepsy care
