Job summary

NGHS's Neuro IMC unit provides specialized nursing care for stroke and neuro patients on a 16-bed unit. The role emphasizes safety, evidence-based practice, and interdisciplinary collaboration to support patients and families through complex care pathways.

Ideal candidates will have Georgia RN licensure and an ADN or Diploma with 0–1 year of experience, with BSN preferred. This on-site position features a 12-hour evening/morning shift and a strong emphasis on professional growth within NGHS.

Qualifications

• Licensure to practice as an RN in Georgia.
• Educational Requirements: Associate's Degree. ADN or Diploma required
• Minimum Experience: 0-1 year of RN experience – successful completion of new grad orientation or RN refresher for acute care nurses

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates accountability for professional development to improve patient care.
• Develops and implements plans of care and daily goals for patients.
• Documents patient care according to NGHS standards to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Seeks guidance and speaks up for safety to improve nursing practice.
