Job summary

Responsibilities

• Exemplary practice and outcomes in patient care.
• Performs the Nursing Process with assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Provides patient-centered care with cultural sensitivity and family involvement.
• Coordinates care through interdisciplinary rounds and appropriate patient teaching.
• Maintains timely documentation and adheres to safety standards and Wellstar policies.
