Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• 0-3 years of experience in patient care as an RN.
• Current RN license (OK State Board of Nursing or eNLC).
• Basic Life Support certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Aligns nursing practice with OU Health values and standards.
• Manages assigned patient or group of patients and documents responses.
• Assists physicians in examinations and minor procedures.
• Monitors patients' physiological data and intervenes as needed.
• Administers medications and manages IV infusions and blood products.
• Delivers safe, competent patient care and resolves issues per policy.
