Qualifications

• RN license in Oklahoma or multi-state compact (eNLC)
• BLS certification required on hire
• 0–3 years of RN patient-care experience
• Ability to coordinate and evaluate nursing services

While advancing from novice to competent, the nurse relies on rules rather than principles which are independent of specific situations.
