Qualifications

• RN license in Oklahoma or multi-state compact (eNLC)
• BLS certification required on hire
• 0–3 years of RN patient-care experience
• Ability to coordinate and evaluate nursing services
• Culturally sensitive care and strong communication with patients/families

Responsibilities

• Aligns practice with OU Health values and nursing standards
• Documents patient responses and updates physician orders
• Assists physicians in exams and minor procedures
• Monitors patient data and responds to changes
• Administers medications and manages IV infusions
• Delivers safe, competent patient care and addresses patient concerns
