Northwestern Medicine Central DuPage Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse-Neuro-ICU for full-time night shifts. You will provide expert nursing care to acutely ill neuro patients, coordinating with physicians, families, and the care team in alignment with ANA standards.

The role requires a BSN or equivalent, Illinois RN license and BLS, with opportunities for tuition reimbursement, loan repayment, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• BSN is required.
• Current Illinois Registered Nurse license.
• American Heart Association BLS.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with others.

• ADN acceptable with commitment to obtain BSN within 3 years of start.

Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes data, identifies outcomes, and develops an individualized plan.

• Participates in shared governance, committees, and unit projects.
