Job summary

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Clinical Shift Coordinator RN-ICU for a full‑time night shift. You will lead daily unit operations, coordinate staff and nursing care, and ensure patient safety and high standards of care in a busy ICU.

Required are a BSN, Illinois RN license, 3 years RN experience, BLS, telemetry competency, and basic computer skills. Strong communication in English is essential to collaborate with the health team and families.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required.
• 3 years RN experience.
• Licensed RN in the State of Illinois.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Telemetry competency.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Basic computer knowledge.
