Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN, is seeking a Neuro ICU nurse for full-time night shift. You will apply the nursing process to plan and implement care for adults with neurological disorders, collaborating with the health care team to set goals and educate patients and families.

The role emphasizes continuing professional development, patient education, and safe care delivery, with a schedule 7:00 pm–7:00 am, three nights per week.

Qualifications

• Applies the nursing process to plan and implement patient care.
• Engages in patient/family education and continuum of care planning.
• Participates in professional growth and adherence to nursing standards.

Responsabilités

• Collaborates in establishing the plan of care and coordinates delivery across the continuum.
• Analyzes information to determine nursing diagnoses and care needs.
• Evaluates progress and applies interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Promotes a safe, healthy environment for patients and families.
• Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
