Azza HealthCare Agency seeks a Registered Nurse to join a specialized neurosurgery unit caring for post-cranial and spinal patients, stroke, and neurological conditions. You will provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.

Qualifications

Job description

As a registered nurse, you will provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards.

• Promote patient and family-centered care by educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participate in activities to ensure patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans collaborating with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.
• Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safe practices.

Qualifications include a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree and RN licensure. Preferred qualifications are a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience.
