Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs and report unusual observations to a nurse.
• Collect specimens and monitor intake and output.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Perform basic clinical procedures under supervision.
• Support nutrition needs and assist with ordering and serving meals.
• Maintain safety, infection control, and patient comfort.
• Provide sitter support and help orient new Nursing Assistants.
