Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic four-function math.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living for assigned patients.
• Record vital signs and intake/output as directed.
• Support nurses with clinical procedures and patient safety.
• Assist with patient orientation and unit-based activities.
