LRSolutions, LLC in Mattoon, Illinois is seeking a Neuro-Hospitalist for a full-time role with a 7-on/7-off schedule and night telemedicine support, offering a flat, guaranteed annual salary.

The position is inpatient-only and requires BC/BE in Neurology. Responsibilities include managing stroke-ready inpatient referrals, ED coverage, and seamless continuity of care with round-and-go modeling.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Neurology Residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology.
• Active, unrestricted Illinois medical license or immediate eligibility.
• Valid DEA registration.

Responsabilités

• Provide inpatient neurological consultations and acute care management for stroke-ready hospital.
• Serve as solo on-duty provider during scheduled block.
• Provide ED coverage and consultations 7:00 AM–7:00 PM.
• Follow a round-and-go model with rounds completed before leaving campus.
• Utilize telemedicine support for night-time inpatient and ER coverage (7:00 PM–7:00 AM).
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation for admissions, rounding, and consultations.
