United Future in Mattoon, Illinois is seeking a Neuro-Hospitalist for a strictly inpatient role with a 7-on/7-off cadence. This position offers a guaranteed salary and a night-time teleneurology service to support inpatient and ED needs.

Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology, hold an MD/DO, and have an Illinois license (or be eligible). The role emphasizes independent practice within a collaborative hospital environment.

Formación

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of an accredited Neurology Residency.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology.
• Active, unrestricted Illinois medical license (or eligibility).
• Valid DEA registration.

Responsabilidades

• Provide inpatient neurological consultations and acute care management.
• Lead inpatient neuro-hospitalist services as solo on-duty provider during your block.
• Provide ED coverage and consultations from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Utilize a flexible 'round and go' model; rounds completed, you may leave campus.
• Maintain thorough EMR documentation for admissions, rounding, and consultations.
