Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Neuro-Hospitalist in Mattoon, Illinois for a full-time, inpatient-only role with a 7-on/7-off cadence. The position offers a guaranteed salary with flexible round-and-go scheduling and night teleneurology support, along with a collaborative hospital environment.

The ideal candidate will be BC/BE in Neurology, hold an Illinois license (or eligibility), and have a full MD/DO with completed neurology training.

Qualifikationen

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Neurology residency completed or in equivalent training.
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Neurology (BC/BE).
• Active, unrestricted Illinois medical license (or immediate eligibility).
• Valid DEA registration.
• Ability to work independently as the primary inpatient specialist during blocks.

Aufgaben

• Provide inpatient neurology consultations and acute care management for stroke-ready hospital.
• Lead inpatient neuro-hospitalist services as solo on-duty provider during your block.
• Provide ED coverage and consultations 7:00 AM–7:00 PM.
• Operate with a flexible round-and-go model; be available for acute presentations until 7:00 PM.
• Utilize night-time teleneurology cover from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM for inpatient and ED needs.
• Maintain thorough EMRs for admissions, rounds, and consultations.
