Job summary

Jefferson Regional Med Ctr seeks an RN for the 3CW Neurology unit, full-time 7A-7P, at Jefferson Regional Main Hospital in Pine Bluff, AR. The RN will provide direct and indirect patient care, coordinate with physicians and care teams, and ensure appropriate resource utilization.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of clinical experience, especially in acute care
• High school diploma or equivalent required; ASN/BSN preferred
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; nursing license/eligibility

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in the hospital setting
• Coordinate with physicians, Nurse Manager, and care team on patient condition changes
• Delegate duties appropriately and manage resources effectively
