Job summary

BIOTRONIK NRO INC. is seeking a Clinical Specialist in Neuro to support the Northern California/Northern Nevada region.

You will provide technical clinical expertise and programming assistance to Territory Managers, build trusted relationships with physicians and their staff, and help drive sales opportunities through clinical education and hands-on product support. The role requires 1–3 years of relevant clinical or medical device experience, an associates degree or technical certification

Qualifications

• Associates degree or technical certification; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years work experience in clinical settings or medical device support.
• Ability to travel up to 75% within the region.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical, clinical and programming assistance to Territory Managers.
• Assist Territory Managers in after hours call support and activities.
• Develops relationships with customers and builds trust within accounts.
• Proficient in complex programming and case support.
• Educates customers on product use and provides training in-services.
