Job summary

BIOTRONIK Neuro is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support the Neuro division across the Pacific Northwest. You will provide technical clinical expertise and sales process support to physicians, staff and customers, enabling effective product usage and education on Biotronik NRO lines.

The role emphasizes independent planning, strong clinical knowledge, and collaboration with Territory Managers to drive opportunities within accounts in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, and Alaska.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or technical certification; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years work experience; strong preference for clinical setting experience with patients.
• Ability to communicate, understand and educate clinical data in the Chronic Pain Therapies space.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Excellent organizational, time-management and prioritizing skills.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills across multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, clinical and programming support to Territory Managers.
• Assist with after-hours call support and related activities.
• Build trust and relationships with customers; integrate into accounts.
• Proficient in complex programming and case support.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers to maximize selling time.
• Develop relationships with regional team members and customers.
