Job summary

Howard Brown Health is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator in Chicago to support clinical research staff and manage new and ongoing activities. You will interact with external CROs and sponsors, prepare study documentation, and ensure GCP/ICH/FDA guidelines are followed.

Responsibilities include data coordination, regulatory binder maintenance, SAE reporting, IRB submissions, and coordinating patient visits and scheduling.

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. in a related field with 2+ years of clinical research experience.
• A.A./A.S. with 5+ years of clinical research experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of clinical research experience.
• Strong writing and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide study coordination for assigned trials and ensure data quality.
• Assist with regulatory paperwork and IRB submissions.
• Create and maintain Regulatory Binder for each study.
• Monitor SAEs and report promptly to IRB and sponsor.
• Schedule patient visits, reminders, and communicate with sponsors.
• Interact with sponsors and investigators as study representative.
• Ensure adherence to GCP, ICH, and FDA guidelines.
