Qualifications

• Minimum college/university degree in a related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology/environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the conduct of the study from startup through closeout, including recruitment and screening of subjects, obtaining informed consent, collecting research data, and ensuring protocol adherence.
• Manage all aspects of conducting clinical trials including screening, enrollment, follow-up, CRF completion, and adverse event reports.
• Recruit and interview potential study patients with guidance from PI and manager.
• Collect, process, ship and store specimens to the appropriate laboratory per SOPs and aseptic techniques.
• Plan and coordinate patient schedules for procedures, visits and treatment schedules.
• Educate patients about procedures, visit schedules, and risks/benefits of the procedures.
• Perform assessments at visits and monitor for adverse events.
• Attend site visits from sponsors and other study meetings.
• Protect patient data confidentiality and comply with federal regulations and sponsor protocols.
